-Good mix of low to medium acuity calls (always the potential for a high acuity situation though) -Great way to learn about the bay area county systems. -Good workplace culture -Friendly work environment (free coffee/snacks/lunch and dinners sometimes) -Well maintained equipment for the most part.

Cons

-Inexperienced partners sometimes, so be on top of it. -Lack of accountability when it comes to knowing county protocols.

I have enjoyed every day working for such an amazing company that put their people first and care about their needs. It has been without a doubt the most enjoyable environment I have ever worked in.
