I’ve had the opportunity to grow significantly in my two years here. I worked with multiple corporate clients, learned best coding practices, gained hands-on experience with SSO, AWS, and even completed an AWS certification (reimbursed by the company). This year, I also explored AI Agents over AWS, which has been a new and exciting area. The managers have been very supportive and approachable — technical or managerial issues were always resolved promptly. The company also supported me in taking leaves for Umrah and Hajj, which I truly appreciate. Benefits include Zoho Points (redeemable), health insurance for dependents and parents (IPD + OPD), provident fund, and well-equipped workstations with ITNOC team support.
Cons
Despite continuous efforts and being mostly on billable client work, appraisals have been limited, and there are no performance-based bonuses.
