I emphatically agree with the negative feedback shared here it reflects experiences I witnessed firsthand. During my time at this company, I endured one of the most demoralizing work environments I've ever encountered. Every criticism regarding management, HR, Sales, Account management pervasive office politics, questionable ethics, poor work-life balance, and a lack of investment in technical development is valid and grounded in reality. HR operates at the lowest level of performance and accountability. Leadership consistently projects contradictory messages and lacks transparency. I feel like my most productive professional years went to waste. The projects lacked substance, and the company’s instability often hiring and laying off staff due to their inability to secure new business only compounded the frustration. In short, the company created more disruption in my life than growth. While some highly skilled engineers are on staff, their contributions are not recognized or valued by leadership.
