Pros

HR and it's lack of processes are very informal and trust based with zero transparency, especially in appraisal process.

Cons

There are no HR processes, senior HR management has no formal HR background. There is virtually no appraisal process although they make you do self appraisal, no official appraisal response is provided.

Cons

if you lose project you might have to search other organization its not as common to get another project at least for my role
