Good learning environment. Can gain lot of knowledge especially fresher's.

Cons

As mentioned by others there are no pros. No proper facilities. Environment was not good. Sometimes your own value is lost.

Excellent place to work. Training of employees is top notch. Great family atmosphere.

Cons

The company is a good one to work for having said that, not many people leave so advancement past lower management is difficult.
