Cons

It's a dead end job, does not appear to be much room for advancement. Work/life balance is a bit harsh if an emergency comes up.

The pay was decent enough.

Cons

Clueless corporate leadership, poor performance from Michigan plants, no resources given to improve non-Michigan plants, promotion of under-qualified employees, managers do not hold people accountable or are not held accountable themselves, and benefits are lousy.
