Pros

Prior to the new ownership restructure in July '23, the company had great people and a positive environment.

Cons

Quality people with experience and knowledge have left in droves across the country after the restructure. A lack of leadership from senior management, top heavy department managers, lack of standard procedures, inflated pricing, poor customer service and support have seen this 30 year company gain a damaged reputation with its long standing customers.
