Overtime.... But only because of the customer, not because Ruan wanted it.

Cons

EVERYTHING! Management has no idea what there doing. the only qualified person to run a terminal was let go, so they brought in people that are VERY unqualified. Ruan does not care about YOU, they care about themselves.

good pay if you are one of the favored ones ; decent and well maintained equipment

Cons

too many levels and ineffective management very disorganized dispatch was left to do there thing you can make money if you are a favored one have little regard for the log book and you won't either if you want to make money you put you on the street if you have an accident or tickets your fault or not
