Toxic workplace with sexual harassment

Pros

Editing children's books was interesting work.

Cons

A man in top management is a serial sexual harasser. Never be alone with him and don't go to his company afterparties. On top of that, management is oppressive and unwilling to change. If you can find a job elsewhere, I would suggest taking it.
