Pros

There are good people working here

Cons

The pay isn’t keeping up, benefits aren’t keeping up, and now new hires get more benefits and higher pay than staff already employed.

Pros

The people make me want to stay forever. They work with you in so many aspects. You are a person when you're here, not just a robot meant to spit out work regardless of what's going on in your life.

Cons

Public accounting is a tough industry to be in. Sometimes the hours required during busy season leaves less time for my personal life. However, in comparison, their 55 hour max is so much better than other firms that are pushing upwards of 80 hours a week during busy season.
