Pros

No pros to this company unless ur white and friends with managers.

Cons

Company on hiring freeze and warehouse worker are being overwork. 10 to 11 hrs shifts every day. They not buying supplies so it make work harder to do. More ppl work in office than in warehouse. Too many chief n no Indians.

Rugby Architectural and building is a great place to work I found it to be a very professional work setting

Cons

At Rugby Architectural and building the 181 branch the plywood Department I had no room can move up and for number two they were not giving any raises they wanted me to work in the plywood during the day and then run the lumber department in the evening without compensation for the extra hard work
