Winning the right way

Pros

Rugiet is a genuinely low-ego environment where positive impact and strong execution are recognized and rewarded. There’s a huge amount of momentum across teams, and leadership does an excellent job of setting clear goals and outlining exactly how we plan to achieve them. Leadership holds monthly all-hands meetings for sharing these plans. What stands out most is that everyone has a voice. Team members are encouraged to share their perspectives, and those ideas meaningfully influence roadmaps and key decisions. It feels collaborative, aligned, and focused on winning the right way. ...Oh, and it's full remote

Cons

The pace is fast and the bar for execution is high, which can feel intense and may not be for everyone.

Thank you so much for this fantastic review! "Winning the right way" is exactly the kind of energy we strive for every single day, and hearing that this is your experience is the ultimate win for us. 🚀 We completely agree! Our monthly all-hands meetings wouldn't be nearly as impactful without the incredible ideas and voices from team members like you. It is awesome to hear that you are feeling the momentum and enjoying the collaborative, low-ego vibe. (And yes, we totally agree that the full remote life is a pretty sweet cherry on top! 🍒💻) You also hit the nail on the head regarding the pace. Building something great in the telemedicine space means moving fast and keeping the bar incredibly high. It can be intense, but it’s dedicated, driven folks like you who make tackling those big goals so rewarding and fun. Thanks for being such a stellar part of the marketing team and for helping us keep this incredible momentum going! Cheers, The Rugiet Team

Pros

Flexible remote work options for better work-life balance. Competitive compensation and benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.

Cons

Work can be fast-paced at times, which provides opportunities to strengthen multitasking skills. Some systems and processes take time to learn, offering a chance to grow professionally. Remote work may limit in-person interaction, though collaboration remains strong through virtual tools. Advancement opportunities are available with consistent performance and initiative.
