Great clients and a fairly set schedule, but that's only if you're liked by leadership

Cons

Some people can be rude, and you never really know what's going on until at least 3 members ask you about something they've seen on the IG page, and then you look like an idiot because noone told you anything. Leadership plays favorites and it's really obvious when you get your schedule, which never comes out at a good time.

Really great company culture. The teams in NY are consistently the best and there's a reason the clientele come back.

Cons

I wish the pay was better and had some benefits. Coordinators are on-site at all times so catering lunch or coffee on the company would be great.
