      Pros

      - Summer Hours for select employees - Opportunities to volunteer without taking time off - Weekly/Monthly fun and engaging activities to make the work day fun and interact with employees in different departments - CEO is very friendly and take a lot of pride in giving back to the community - 401k match - some employees can work from home

      Cons

      - Not all employees receive summer hours - Not all employees get the option to work from home - some travel involved fro some positions if you don't like to travel

      Pros

      Everyone knows everyone. Which is good for developing relationships with even the high up employees. Nice place to work. Home office is in Madison

      Cons

      Slow to issue business, wish management would be more involved in helping agents not only get business issued but also in prospecting new business.
