      Pros

      Work from home possibilities; benefits are fantastic, work-out facility in the building, the people (co-workers), and summer hours for some.

      Cons

      It's a man's world! No room for advancement. Salary is definitely not equal - men/women and there are many micro-managers at Rural.

      - Summer Hours for select employees - Opportunities to volunteer without taking time off - Weekly/Monthly fun and engaging activities to make the work day fun and interact with employees in different departments - CEO is very friendly and take a lot of pride in giving back to the community - 401k match - some employees can work from home

      Cons

      - Not all employees receive summer hours - Not all employees get the option to work from home - some travel involved fro some positions if you don't like to travel
