Pros

friendly environment, and many events for free food. If you're looking for research experience, it's a good place.

Cons

like all research jobs in the academica, the pay is not too great.

Pros

Positive changes are evident with new President; high-tech classrooms recently installed; structure has been put into place for valuing employee input; ample opportunities to volunteer and give back to the community; great partnership with West Side businesses and communities; fair compensation and plenty of room for advancement.

Cons

Many faculty members and employees have multiple roles and seem stressed as a result; no ability to work remotely; paid holidays automatically withdrawn from paycheck.
