Pros

Great organization, good benefits and most people are very friendly.

Cons

Not much room for career growth depending on where you work. Negative culture in the College of Health Sciences - there is not much collaboration and teamwork between the Dean's Office staff and the rest of the College of Health Sciences. (most other departments view the deans office negatively, thus if you work in the deans office, most people will feel negatively towards you.)
