Pros

In general , Rush University Medical Center is a good place to work in healthcare. You take care of patients and you do feel proud of doing that, especially in the 3 years of pandemic. RUMC has a good system to do its job right, also cares about the community, which I appreciate. Work is not hard but can be demanding from time to time.

Cons

Pay scale is a bit low in comparison with local competitors, like Northwestern Hospitals and U Chicago Medicine.
