Money is great work keeps you busy

Cons

No vacation time no sick days or holidays only PTO you have to work 2 months to get 8 hours god forbidden you have a emergency or get sick

Lots of OT Good manager in EMB Little Market available to buy food onsite People leave free food and coffee in lunch rooms sometimes Nice coworkers Sometimes has prizes for games and stuff Giveaways at holiday party (like ipads or a cruise and stuff like that) Family like department Annual art show If screenprint hits their goals all of production gets bonus Benefits Free life insurance Mike Nemeroff is a good and friendly CEO

Cons

Forced OT in EMB (lots of 50+hr weeks and that's the paid part so you are here 60+ hrs.) If someone's being slow expect to be at work longer it's a team... slow people will keep you here. If you can jump on with em, so you can go home
