Pros

Commission checks are pretty hefty and that’s about it

Cons

Management is unorganized in everything they do. Residents are very dangerous and there is no security here. Units are not ready when management says they will be. Lack of pest control in heavily infested apartments. Lack of maintenance issue being resolved. No proper training.

Pros

-They do listen to your ideas -Ephraim is amazing and very supportive

Cons

-Regional Presidents would rather have their PM’s possibly get sued for Fair Housing rather than fix an issue and then tell you to withhold information. -They are a bit behind on programs and how things are done as opposed to other companies
