      Pros

      All of the managers are great people and they really are there to help you make as most money as possible. The owners are great people and have been in the business for several years, they really work hard to make their customers happy

      Cons

      The company does want you to make a lot of money selling phones but they also want you to call customers when eligible for upgrade or to add services. There is a good amount of cold calling

      Pros

      not a bad place to work if you are in upper management or senior level management. They are organized for being a small company and have policies in place and structure.

      Cons

      Always hiring, huge turnover, no loyalty. Can't compete with big box stores
