      Pros

      The pay is decent for employment in Corsicana TX and the scheduled workdays are usually Mon-Thur, 10 hours a day until holiday season comes around at the end/beginning of the year.

      Cons

      This company's management approach not only lacks defined structure, the ones with powerful positions are also well known for corruption and autocratic tendencies. Very few managers there genuinely care for the well-being of their employees. "Trust nobody" and "Look out for yourself" are common phrases said amongst the lower leveled staff members at Russell Stover's.

      Excellent company with growth potential. Was recently purchased by Lindt & Sprungli.

      Cons

      Every job has its negatives, however, I have been happily employed by Russell Stover for over 20 years. I am very thankful for all of the opportunities provided to me.
