Pros

I have been working with Russell Tobin for over 2 years and I will say this organization is top of the line. Not only do we have a leadership team that believes in the business but puts their stakeholders and employees above everything else. I have been in this industry for almost 10 years and there is no other company like Russell Tobin, they have given me the chance to learn and grow within the staffing industry in a way that works for me rather the sales cycle recruiting shops around the city. We put our clients and candidates above everything else and I respect that.

Cons

Operationally there are still some ups and downs but as a growing company we are in the process of improving with new initiatives that should sure up any issues

I have only been at Pride for a couple weeks, but so far so good! Everyone is friendly and encouraging.

Cons

Every employee has to get up in front of the office and sing on their first day. I understand that this is an ice breaker and everyone has to do it, but I hate singing!
