      Very toxic and unhealthy working environment. DON’T WORK HERE!!

      Pros

      There are some great people and will continue to stay friends with that I met while I worked here. All the good people need to get out!

      Cons

      The CEO doesn’t know anything about the RTA business but yet he has to sign off on everything. They preach culture but it’s the most flawed thing about the company. Don’t be fooled by the cool office space, the CEO cares more about how the office looks than his employees.

      Charles and Jess are a fantastic team

      Pros

      Charles and Jess are a fantastic team. The best recruiters I've worked with! They both have a tremendous amount of expertise and knowledge in the field, and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the hiring process. Taking into account my skill set and salary requirements, they were able to find a position for me which exceeded my expectations. I would love to work with them again in the future!

      Pros

      The recruiter I worked with was very kind and professional. She was with me every step of the way, and before each interview, helped me prep with questions they were likely to ask, as well as giving me honest feedback on where I can improve. More recruiters should be like this!

      None that I could think of.
