      10/10 I will recommend Russell Tobin to anyone in their hunt. I worked very closely with Keri Tenboer, a recruiter at Russell Tobin. I had an very positive experience and am very thankful that Keri reached out. Through the entire process she was quick & kind when responding to any and all questions I had. Russell Tobin as a whole is a well connected agency with some incredible companies and recruiters under their wing (so if you're considering a switch in careers, this is a great pace to start AND finish that hunt). Not only did Keri land me interview after interview, she helped me secure my dream job at my dream company in perfect time. With a crazy work drive, but not a whole lot of experience, Keri encouraged me and gave me all the advice I could need to Ace the interviews. Russell Tobin does everything to make sure you are well prepared - I'm thankful to have gotten connected to them.

      Very friendly and professional Breann Lydon was amazing). Have great clients. Always looking for what's best for you and your career.

      Their offices are too sleek and cool.

      Pros

      Ashley was helpful from the minute we exchanged emails. Emailed her on a friday, met the next Monday and had an offer by Friday of the same week. We worked quickly, which is what I needed. Provided feedback immediately after each of my interviews concluded and remained in contact after I accepted my offer. Overall great experience. Very different from other recruiters who try and drag you along and make it seem like they have openings from you when those openings never existed. Continue to refer Ashley's name to all my friends/colleagues
