Worst.., worst & worst… deteriorated. Everything about the experience has been negative. Starting from recruitment to onboarding, and even worse beyond that, the entire process has been unbearable. Russell Tobin & Pride Global, being essentially the same, subject you to constant pressure through work, comments, poor communication, and daily job threats. There’s no learning opportunity, no proper processes, a lack of knowledge, trust, and transparency, no stability, inadequate tools, and absolutely no future to look forward to.

They are overly disorganized. For a temp agency they have zero concern for you as a person. They hired me and another male at the same level , same everything. Except his starting pay was $21/hr and mine was $14/hr. We were all the same experience and everything else. When I brought this up they ignored me. Universal music group was the company I was hired for. And they knew damn well what they were doing.
