      Pros

      I love being able to come to work for a company that truly embraces their values. It's such a unique recruiting company, there are no sharks in this office and everyone really is out to help each other.

      Cons

      There is less structure and it's a constantly changing business, especially with all the growth.You really need to be a self starter, have self motivation and be able to work with minimal direction to be successful.

      Pros

      There is a great company culture in place and there a lot of potential for success. The only want "fully-formed adults" working here so they want people that will take responsibility and ownership for their work. They reward and recognize hard work and give you the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      There can be long hours, you need to remain positive in the face of adversity or a slow period so attitude is key.

      Hands down, the best thing about this firm is the people that work alongside you on a day to day basis Firm strongly encourages individuality as well as highlighting strengths versus weaknesses; not your average staffing establishment where everyone is put to the grind with the same unrealistic and grueling metrics Leadership really cares about your growth and improvement as a professional The parent company, PRIDE Global, fosters an amazing culture (creative office environment, nespresso machine to ave everyone hundreds of dollars in morning and afternoon coffee, quarterly soul cycle/paint night/team building events

      Need to improve internal communications across the company Fast growth rate can sometimes cause confusion amongst pre-existing employees; do a better job of making the team aware and acclimating new hires into the culture
