      Pros

      I love working for a company that takes care of its employees. Whether it is the Nespresso Bar or Friday Happy Hour, RTA and Pride are always doing what they can to take care of their employees.

      Pros

      Russell Tobin is a great place to start your career as a recruiter. You are surrounded by many young people doing the same, while being mentored by seasoned veterans of the industry. Managers offer encouragement, mentor ship, and coaching while maintaining a fun office environment.

      I have the pleasure of showing up to work everyday and being around talented, hardworking and intelligent individuals, " stunning colleagues". It's an agency where people are genuinely interested in collaborating and embrace the team around them. Russell Tobin are like my second family, when anything good or bad happens in my work or personal life, I always receive an overwhelming amount of support from all levels.

      It's a environment where you are in control of your destiny, that can be hard for some people, but very rewarding for the right people!
