You will get Salary on Time Your leaves will be credited on a monthly basis. Apart from this, there is no particular reason to join this company.
Cons
No promotion and no growth No value and recognition in this company. No incentives based on better performance. Hike in salary will happen when the client approves it. If the client doesn't approves it, then there is no hike as simple as that. Notice Period on paper here is 30 days. But it's of no use here. It depends on the client, if the client wants to extend it to another 30 days, then it will be extended without your consent. This company will listen to the client only and will act accordingly. It is not going to take any stand for you. For any queries, you will not get immediate response. You need to wait for some days and need to follow up with them in order to get a response. Overall, if you have been selected in this company, please don't join in this company. Your growth is going to be stagnant.
