      Pros

      As a relatively new employee of RTA, I am refreshed by the culture of this organization. I have received the support I need as a new manager to make empowered decisions that will not only help our organization grow, but also our team.

      Cons

      Alignment of vision and strategy with resources that can execute seems to be a present challenge for the organization. It is an issue of which they are aware and are making powerful strides to right the ship.

      Fun Place But Kinda like Highschool

      Pros

      Some of the best people this side of the recruiting business. Company is clearly on the upside and expanding. Lots of group activities and retreats for employees that allow you to be social and hangout beyond the office setting. Really fun place to work with great environment. Upper management is personable and easily accessible.

      Cons

      It's a small company, so therefore there's very few things that go unnoticed. You're more likely to get a scolding or dad-like email in your inbox over trivial things like trash or fridge usage than you are about the state of the business. Can get a bit old. They definitely play the favorites card with some employees, but hey I guess what place doesn't.
