      Pros

      - Flexibility to run your 'own' business - Goal driven environment - focus on business AND personal growth - Opportunity for growth - both within RTA and/or Pride Global - 'Family' environment - people show care and its not just business 24/7 - It's easy to get the tools you need to success, if you present a good plan. No 'bureaucratic' red tape you typically experience with the bigger shops - Business practices are tied to real life experiences - helps put the bigger picture into perspective.

      Cons

      If you determined and have a strong work ethic, there are no cons. There is always room for growth and improvement, but nothing to gripe about.

      Pros

      RTA has some of the hardest workers in the business and friendly! I have been working alongside this organization under the parent company for almost four years and have enjoyed each one more than the last due to the kind people I get to work with each day. I would very much recommend working for this company!

      Can't think of a one to be honest, this is a great group of folks and a great organization.

      Pros

      The on boarding process was easy and smooth. I have been here for almost two months and have learned so much from my team and the other teams in our office. Although, the main office is on the East Coast and you can find us here in the Midwest, they do a great job of keeping us all connected. I feel like a lot of companies struggle with communication and here I feel like it isn't a struggle at all. They really have made me feel like I add value to the team. The work life balance is great too.
