      Pros

      Good exposure to large companies, well intentioned from the top but somewhere along the way down the line it is highly misconstrued.

      Cons

      Lie about bonus structure, does not hold up their end on pay increases, no transparency on deliverables, leadership is political and protected, they want to promote this diverse culture with diverse searches yet they allow misogynists to grow into leadership positions and victimize those who speak up. They fired a ton of people with no notice and NO SEVERANCE giving us folks still here little to no confidence in the communication received.

      Pros

      This company sells itself on culture but it is a sham. Some of the people were great but the loyalty of many to Pride’s founder/head made me question their integrity.

      Cons

      Pride’s founder/head frequently made racist and sexist comments. Drinking/frat boy culture abounded. Truly toxic workplace.

      great people to work with. young and fun. good diversity

      Cons

      high turnover rate, there is literally no growth but they sell you on that idea. The CEO is one of the worst people i've ever seen and doesn't know the first thing about building a respectable culture. There is no comp plan in structure for recruiters who succeed.
