      This organization lead by an exemplary leader Tim Tobin models itself in achieving goals and objectives by bringing individuals together on a common platform and motivating them to deliver their very best. We are not just treated as employees but embraced as a family Unit. #THIS IS WHY I RECRUIT

      Cons

      Though I have no complaints in regards to this organization a con I have is with the mandatory singing that is involved each time we progress within a position. Selecting a song to sing in front of 50+ people can be daunting.

      Pros

      I started here as a candidate - when I got into recruiting ... this was the only place I wanted to be. Overall as a firm, they care about the people and growing people professionally. This isn't a place that goes through the motion. They get to know you as a person and that's exactly why candidates and clients keep coming back. It's a great culture that turns colleagues into friends and you become one big family.

      Pros

      CEO expects a lot from his associates but leads by example as he’s always networking with other business leaders and spends a lot of time doing business development. Plus they’re always coming up with a reason to party!

      Cons

      Monday morning meetings should be decreased to 15 mins!
