      Pros

      competitive yet encouraging culture...you are challenged and pushed but very well rewarded for your wins, both individual and as a team/company. awesome perks - work hard, play harder is pretty much how it works here. happy hours every week, random free lunches, parties, off-site activities (bowling, boat trips, laser tag, etc) great people are what make this company what it is! energetic, talented, driven and engaged colleagues make this somewhere you want to come to work everyday. they value their employees, candidates and clients!

      Pros

      This is the type of company where how well you do and how people treat you is entirely up to you. They give you the power to make this career any shape you want and thoroughly want to see everyone do well. If someone doesn't care about the job or about the environment, then they're missing out on a great family culture.

      Cons

      Need Summer Friday's but other then that nothing really sticks out.

      Pros

      Very professional, has a reputation with big companies. I was hired on permanent at my assignment in 8 months. This company is gracious to their contractors, paid for my parking, etc. I've worked with many agencies and Russell Tobin had between the best by far!

      Cons

      I have no complaints. This is a great company. Very on top of things.
