      Pros

      Due to my unusual profile and background, I had been struggling to find an interesting job. My recruiter helped me get a contract position at Thomson-Reuters, which was such a good fit that they have just offered me a permanent position. TRA are great people to work with.

      Cons

      I have been working with Russell Tobin and Associates for a few months and there has not been any negative aspects.

      Pros

      I am a recent college grad, and I was struggling for months with getting a job that I would really love. My recruiter at RTA helped me get my foot in the door at my dream company. Lizzy Miller has been an absolute PLEASURE to work with--she answers all my crazy questions, and she's very positive. I think it is very important to be able to connect with your recruiter, and Lizzy did just that. She helped me prepare for my interview, and was there every step of the way. So glad to be a part of this wonderful organization. :)
