Pros

RTA hires the best and the brightest in the industry! I feel supported and inspired by leadership and my colleagues each day and I love coming to work because of it. There is a "work hard, play hard" mentality present among all members of the team!

Cons

Company growth is certainly a positive thing, but it needs to be organic growth and not forced. The necessary infrastructure needs to be in place before healthy growth is even possible.

Russell Tobin is one of the few staffing agencies with a focus on relationship building. -The ongoing training program is something you don't often see in staffing agencies which helps new (and seasoned) recruiters tremendously. -The people who work here have the mentality to win together as a whole, it's exciting and contagious across all offices. -The opportunities for advancement are exponential because of the growth potential which Russell Tobin forsees.

Cons

Have orientation sooner after people start. Other than that, nothing!

Working at Russell Tobin & Associates is a breath of fresh air! The employees are truly happy to be here. Leadership does a great job of promoting a positive, fun culture while recognizing achievements. Upon joining, new hires feel very welcomed and senior associates are more than willing to help them get acquainted. The team is committed to constant learning and improving and this shows in the impressive results of a company only five years old.
