Pros
This company makes people, not transactions, its top priority and the focal point of its core values. They have developed a dynamic culture that is truly collaborative, and encourages and supports individual entrepreneurial pursuits. One of the biggest differences I have noticed about the people at Russell Tobin, especially compared to other agencies where I have worked, is that EVERYONE embraces the concept that they are representing the RTA brand in everything they do, rather than being a shark looking to further their individual conquests at any cost.
Cons
Though internal training has improved significantly, there is not as much structure as in some other agency environments, so you really need to be self-motivated and have the capacity to work and execute sometimes with minimal direction to be successful.
