      Great exposure to huge companies, Disney, Universal..

      Cons

      Constant stress, all they are concerned about are numbers. Their metrics are ridiculous and if you do not meet those metrics, you are out. The managers act like they are your friend, very salesmen like. But once you are of no use to them, out you go. Also, your first day you are made to sing in front of the entire company. I’m pretty sure it’s for the owners amusement.

      The owner and CEO love to toot their own horn and congratulate themselves all the time. It's gettin so old. We are all laughing at the absurdity of all this patting themselves on the back.

      Pros

      good clients, lots of openings to work and relatively fun place

      Cons

      horrible pay structure, zero innovation, leadership is clueless and continually uses the cult like environment to get you to stay trust me, management will say they have your back but never do. If they speak up and lose their job they'd never get hired by another company for a similar role. Look at the tenured people, are any of them living a life you want?
