      Pros

      On all honesty, your coworkers are the best part of this job.

      Cons

      So many cons going from the CEO is a terrible person, also the CEO daughter in law works at the company somehow is a director that does zero work and has unlimited PTO, management is terrible, layoffs all the time, management also gives up on you when you bring in zero hires in one quarter, and alot favoritism in the company.

      My experience at Russell Tobin was nothing but positive. The culture, leadership, and expertise are unmatched to anywhere i have ever worked as a recruiter. I have learned so much during my time at Russell Tobin and there are so many great colleagues to thank for that. Tim Tobin is such a nice person and an inspiration. Charanjit Singh is one of the most helpful people I have worked with. He is an encyclopedia. He has an answer to every question. I thank Russell Tobin for the amazing experience and now i am on to my next journey!
