Pros

I wish I had something positive to say but I don't. Oh wait, the office is nice if you like Donald Trump's tacky style of decorating.

Cons

There is NO integrity at this company. They change compensation packages constantly. They aggressively recruit recruiters from the industry who have a 'book of business' and then they will isolate or wean them off them from their book of business and then change their comp plan or even more unethical, they will fire them. Then CEO Mr. Leo Russell tries to intimidate people with bogus lawsuits who can't afford an attorney. He uses his shills including in-house counsel and senior managing directors to do his bidding. This dude Mr. Leo Russell is one shady CEO, basically getting his senior "henchmen" to do his dirty work. They also claim to be all about "stakeholders" and company culture. This is the biggest bunch of nonsense I have ever seen! They tried to get me to talk about #WhyRTA for their #WhyRTA social media campaign. Oh please. Nope, I won't drink that Kool Aid. The truth is that they hire people who they can inculcate into thinking that they have some moral high ground, or actually care about them. IT'S ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS. BEWARE! Well, I could go on and on but I now have a real job with humble ethical owners and management team and I am motivated to do my best so I will stop this review. One last question: How much money does Mr. Leo Russell make, and other managing directors make compared to the the people who are actually making the business happen? Someone should look into this. I believe their "stakeholders" would be surprised.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback; we’re sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you had hoped for. Russell Tobin, as a part of Pride Global, is a continually growing organization, and while there are a lot of exciting aspects of working for such a company, there are also growing pains that we look to address and improve as we become of aware of them. A cornerstone of company culture is the view that our employees are indeed stakeholders whose input does help dictate company direction. But, like every team, the final strategic decisions are ultimately on the shoulders of our leadership, and we stand by our good choices and the decisions that may be unpopular. If comfortable, we would love to gather more details regarding your experience and areas we could potentially improve on, as we truly want our people to be set up for success. Please send your constructive feedback to feedback@russelltobin.com. Thanks again for taking the time to let us know of your experience; we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

There are some great people and will continue to stay friends with that I met while I worked here. All the good people need to get out!

Cons

The CEO doesn’t know anything about the RTA business but yet he has to sign off on everything. They preach culture but it’s the most flawed thing about the company. Don’t be fooled by the cool office space, the CEO cares more about how the office looks than his employees.

Pros

The only pro I can think of besides the beautiful office space.. None really.

Cons

Does this company have ANY morals? Russell Tobin boasts about their numerous materialistic objects around the office, and did not seem to care one bit about their employee's well-being. Not to mention, what an atrocity it was to witness upper managements advancements toward women. Disgusting.
