Pros
Anyone who isn't a manager is genuinely awesome and should be elevated.
Cons
Almost all management has their role due to who they know or sucked up to. As a recruiter, they treat you as expendable. I came from a successful recruiting position at a small company to elevate myself. I submitted candidates who I've placed before. Managers such as A. White wouldn't submit a single candidate from myself or whole teams. Total unprofessional and not qualified for the job.
