I recently celebrated my ten-year anniversary at RTA and I couldn't be more thrilled to share my positive experiences working here. From day one, the welcoming atmosphere and supportive team members have made this journey truly remarkable. The company's commitment to fostering a collaborative environment is evident in every department. It's not just a workplace; it's a community where ideas are valued, and everyone's voice is heard. I have had the opportunity to build a business here but it is not all rainbows and unicorns, just like any other company out there. If you want to be successful, you have to put in the work. If not, you'll likely be asked to take your talents elsewhere, again just like any company out there. The company is not afraid to embrace change and invest in cutting-edge technologies, ensuring that we stay ahead in our industry. This forward-thinking approach has not only kept the work exciting but also provided us with the tools to deliver exceptional results to our clients. Work-life balance is another area where RT excels. The flexible scheduling options and remote work opportunities have allowed me to maintain a healthy equilibrium between my professional and personal life. We've had to pivot a decent amount in the past 12 months and as much as it stunk, it was done with the best interest of the firm in mind.
