I have had the pleasure of working for Russell Tobin for over a year and a half. I made the move from working at another agency that I was not happy at and this was the BEST decision of my life! Here are some highlights as to why I feel this way: 1. Culture • Russell Tobin’s culture is second to none. It is built on the foundation of integrity and honesty and doing what is best for their employees and candidates. In addition to this they appreciate people’s drive and give people the resources to lead them to success by fully investing in you as an employee. • All of my co-workers are more than colleagues, they are a family- I love them all! We are there for one another through learning curves and battling hard reqs and we do a fabulous job of celebrating everyone for their successes large or small! #winsongs • Not only do we build relationships with our co-workers but also our candidates! We don’t try to talk people into leaving a job that isn’t right for them or swindle them down to the lowest pay rate, we help them in any way we can with a timeline that works with their schedule so that is the absolute best opportunity on their end. Once on contract we even have a contactor care team checking in on our candidates regularly to see how things are going! • Fun office Happy Hours, Holiday Parties, and Philanthropy Events! • DOGS in the office! Need I say anymore?? • Your voice is heard here – if you want to implement a recycling program, coffee buddy program, office competition you are listened to and can make things happen! • There are lots of different routes that can be taken here. I started on the same day as three other people supporting the same project and we have all branched out into niches that are the perfect fit for each of us. 2. Leadership • Starting from the top Leo Russell and Tim Tobin are fantastic leaders! Our Monday Morning Meetings bring together all offices from India, Europe, from the East Coast to the West Coast all at one time so everyone knows what is going on in the company. • Tim visited the Charleston office and he individually met with everyone in the office to see how things were going, see if we had any recommendations for change or suggestions for things we want to see, make sure the compensation structure was something we were happy with, etc. In what other company would this happen? It was very cool to experience how much our top leaders care about our thoughts and opinions. • San Francisco: I could not be more grateful for my Manager Rich Roberts, Associate Director Keri Tenboer, and Director Collette Meyers. I worked remotely supporting their team from the Charleston office and even though they sat across the country and several time zones away they were such a great support system! We had daily meetings across our team to touch base on all reqs and be there to support one another. Rich, thank you for being such a great mentor, leader and friend! • Charleston: John Woronowich is the Director over the Charleston office. While he was not my direct report he always made sure to go out of his way to ensure that the employees in his office had all of the resources needed in order to be successful in their role. He genuinely cares about his employees and their success and the office culture as a whole. Sitting under him and watching him grow our office so large that we had to move to another building has been such an honor- I can’t wait to see the incredible things he continues to do for our office! I will also be forever thankful for the support that he gave me to pursue my goals! • Not only is support given within the office for employees but also support for people’s personal goals because they fully invest in their employees, this is not something that you can find anywhere. 3. Office Location • The Charleston office is in the Cigar Factory in downtown Charleston which is easily accessible for people living in Downtown, James Island, Mt. Pleasant, and North Charleston and there is plenty of parking which you do not have to pay a monthly fee for. • The office is BEAUTIFUL and you have all of the resources you need including and Nespresso machine and Keurig • We have a Coffee Shop and several restaurants located closely by if you need more caffeine or didn’t pack a lunch
