I ended up being placed at an awesome company and I absolutely love it.
Cons
They know absolutely nothing. If you have a question about benefits, direct deposit, or anything that would require their assistance, they will direct you to a million different people who will each give you completely different answers. I was unable to have benefits when I first enrolled because they said it wasn't a qualifying event, and when I told them switching jobs and loss of coverage is a qualifying event - they told me no. THEN when I received benefits 2 months later, they enrolled me in an expensive plan which most doctors can't even find in their systems. If you try and call anyone at RTA, they have the worst attitudes and aren't very helpful. There are probably only two people out of the 10 people I've talked to at this company who had my back, and they no longer work for RTA. If anything, find a different agency to find you a cool job or just apply directly to the companies you want to work for, because I will never ever work with this agency again and will continue to collect my paycheck.
