      Pros

      I was lucky to be part of a great team with some wonderful co-workers and peers. Better training than other companies I’ve seen. Decent pay

      Cons

      -The company’s current direction seems to be moving many teams offshore -Bonus structure never explained -Absolute worst benefits I’ve ever had. Expect to pay very high monthly healthcare costs with high deductibles and poor coverage. -high turnover has lead to a poor understanding of processes which requires extra work because you have to double check the work of peers

      - You have a voice at the table with leadership - Growth can happen quickly if you work hard - Fantastic company culture from a local and national perspective - Compensation is fair and above average from what other agencies offer

      - Office culture is very social, if you don't work well in that environment, it can be hard to focus!
