No direct engagement with clients Candidates are submitted into the abyss with little to no feedback. Upper management does not care if you stumble due to a death or illness. I billed (direct hire fee) within my first 30 days in a role that was open for over 6 months for them. I never even met any of them (upper management) and then was pressured to hit high call numbers while only having 2 orders on my desk at a time. With Clients that were not really engaged. The expectation to submit candidates was not based on quality it was numbers. They wanted me to just submit, when I did do that my candidates either went nowhere or weren't even submitted to the client despite meeting 75-90% of the skills. I have made more placements as an independent recruiter than when I worked with Russell Tobin. The love you can have for recruitment will be bled to death here until you have no passion left in you and then they will blame you for it. Mental health is not taken into consideration, candidate quality isn't a focus and employee engagement is incredibly low. Good luck ever even knowing anyone in HR and getting help from them. Insurance is also bad.

CEO referred to the business as "Selling people". Forced people back into the office in May/June of 2020 and when an employee asked what to do about young children. The CEO said "we aren't here to pay you to take care of your family" .
