I have been with the company since 2010 and it's been an enjoyable ride! You get what you opted for and be happy.

Cons

Need to send reminders to payroll if you take a half day vacation or half week vacation otherwise they will consider you as an hourly employee.

The recruiter I worked with was very personable, resourceful, and extremely accommodating. I was really nervous about signing on as a contractor but I built a great relationship with my recruiter and so happy they convinced me to take the leap away from my previous full-time job. Since then, I keep in touch with the recruiter on a monthly basis and they check in to see if the position still fits me.

Cons

Nothing to comment. Seem like an easy company to work with.
