RTA has a really great way of connecting all of the backgrounds of their employees- we have weekly meetings and monthly meetings where we get to learn about the backgrounds of colleagues and their cultures. We also have great ERG's, including motherhood, male allies, black women, health and wellness, and remote workers. I always feel lucky to be part of a company who says and delivers the "if you feel you need a mental day, take it."
