Pros

Working with Russell Tobin is simply great. This company has very transparent policy for every employee and the best thing about the company policy that it always think of the betterment of their employees in both Professional and Personal front and more focused on the behavior and culture. First ever company seen where professional growth is equally important with your personal and cultural growth. Perfect example of Work life balance. Treat their employees as an asset to the company and the Higher Management is very supportive and helping . Love to work in such a company.

Pros

Prior to COVID, I genuinely saw myself staying with Russell Tobin for a fair amount of time. I saw the potential for growth and really enjoyed the collaborative team environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, COVID brought out the true colors of this company. Russell Tobin lost so many amazing leaders and employees, many of which were loyal and top-performers, all due to the actions (or should I lack of action) by senior leadership. While many are very quick to jump and blame the CEO, (who did in fact make us come back into the office at the thick of the pandemic and told parents on a company- wide video call to figure out their childcare problems) the main problem also falls on the senior leaders who fail to stand up and speak up to the CEO on behalf of their team. For those who were high risk or living with high risk household members and did not want to commute into the office, you were asked to take a significant pay cut. This resulted in many feeling somewhat forced to commute into the office, where we had to later shut down the NYC office TWICE due to positive Covid tests. This doesn’t even account for other offices that had to close for similar reasons.... I’m all about hard work and putting in the time and I’m very grateful to have had a job during an unprecedented time, but I will not support or recommended a company that does not put the livelihoods of their employees first. My morals do not align with this company and that was ultimately why I made the decision to leave after years of being loyal. For company that preaches A LOT on culture and family, you haven’t practiced any of it.

One time my contact forgot to inform me of a second round interview, but ended up getting an interview with another and landed that job.
