Pros
Worked with RT as they were a staffing partner for high level and niche roles, in business development, events, and marketing. Great at sourcing and screening qualified candidates. Had a good understanding of the candidate market and were very helpful in knowing when we needed to move swiftly to secure a great candidate. They set themselves apart from other agencies, as they acted more as an advisor and partner. Would recommend to any in house HR dept looking for help in filling vacancies.
